We have had about a week of consistency with them over the past 10 months. They diagnosed the suicidal slowness of our site as a mySQL issue and something they would rectify with the SmartPool rollout with would be completed mid may. This week two sites on our account just turned off (yet two others running to their usual turtle speed). mt promises funky goodness, but can't even get the basics right (like personally answering a ticket....)
